As soon as your DAYON LightSpa leaves our logistics center, the invoice for any open balance is automatically sent by email. Of course, you only have to pay the balance after your home solarium has been delivered to you and installed on site by our service team.

As a consumer, you can revoke your contract within 14 days of delivery of the products without giving a reason. For this you can e.g. use our withdrawal form. If you use the DAYON LightSpa privately, we give you a 24-month guarantee from delivery and installation. For commercial use, you have a 24-month warranty from delivery and installation.

DAYON LightSpa is installed at your home at the desired location. Please inform our service team when ordering if there are difficult circumstances, such as e.g. B. narrow stairwells, must be observed.

The maximum dimensions of the home solarium when open are (L x W x H): 216 cm x 112 cm x 124 cm. We recommend a footprint of at least 240 cm x 150 cm. The weight is 150 kg. The optimal ambient temperature is between 15 °C and 32 °C. There is no additional supply air or exhaust air, as is the case with professional solariums

In contrast to professional solariums, you can connect the DAYON LightSpa home solarium to any separately secured 230V socket (Schuko plug type F) with 16 amps. No other devices shoul be connected to multiple sockets.

The maximum power consumption of the DAYON LightSpa is 3 kWh. A heavy current connection is not required.

The tubes have a lifespan of 600 hours. A message appears on the display when the tubes should be changed. You can then use our contact form to easily arrange an appointment for the lamp replacement. Of course we take the old tubes with us and dispose of them professionally.

The Spectra LEDs in the face area still have over 80% of their original performance after 20,000 hours of operation and therefore generally never need to be replaced.

Yes, you can also use DAYON LightSpa before or after the sauna or the use of an infrared cabin. However, we recommend a break of 20 to 30 minutes so that the various applications can develop their effects optimally.

You should not put on sun protection before using the solarium, but adjust the duration of the tanning session to your skin type and the degree of your previous tan. The UV dose of the DAYON LightSpa is precisely defined: 15 minutes corresponds to approx. 25 minutes of European summer sun.

When sunbathing, you should avoid make-up, perfume and other cosmetic products, as these can cause reactions in your skin. Therefore, lie down on the sunbed without make-up.

In the solarium, you should always wear UV-blocking goggles, which you get free of charge when you buy a DAYON LightSpa. Contact lenses or sunglasses are not a substitute for safety glasses. You can order more UV protective glasses at dayon.com.
